Our Founders

Khoa Do

Back in 2003, our co-founder, with an engineering background and a love for digital communication, decided to venture into the financial sector. Yet, he often insists that it’s not the degrees that define his expertise but the lessons learned along the way. His problem-solving acumen, he believes, is a product of a lifelong commitment to learning and adapting.

As a father to four daughters and one son, he understands the importance of fostering strong relationships and values, both at home and within the company. This personal touch is integral to our approach at KS Mortgage Inc., helping us connect with our clients on a deeper level.

His goal has always been to simplify the often complex world of mortgages, a vision rooted in empathy and understanding of our clients’ needs. This humble aspiration has served as a beacon for our team, our clients, and potential investors, creating a shared sense of trust and purpose.

Sheila Le, the other half of our founding team, brings her marketing expertise and a degree from Cal State Fullerton to the table. However, she insists it’s the lessons from real-world experiences that truly shape her approach to business.

As a mother of five, her home is filled with love, laughter, and a few inevitable challenges. Sheila believes in bringing this warmth and authenticity to our company, helping us resonate with our clients on a personal level.

Thai Truong

Thai Truong, our adept Operations Manager, brings his keen understanding of human behavior, earned through a 4-year degree in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, to our team dynamics. He masterfully orchestrates the logistics of our day-to-day operations, enabling us to maintain efficient workflows and a high-quality work environment. Thai’s strong analytical skills and intuitive understanding of individual and team needs make him an invaluable asset to our company, where he continually fosters an atmosphere of productivity and innovation.

Denise Le serves as our Customer Service Manager, bringing to the table her extensive experience as a General Manager. Denise’s ability to foster positive customer relationships, while managing customer support operations, is unparalleled. Her leadership style, rooted in understanding and addressing customer needs, drives our team to deliver outstanding service at all levels. Denise’s unique ability to strategize and implement effective customer service policies reinforces our commitment to not just meet, but exceed, client expectations, thereby fortifying our reputation for excellence.

Our Chief Technology Officer, Huynh Nguyen, holds a degree in Software Engineering from Vietnam and utilizes his comprehensive technical expertise to lead our technological initiatives. He is a strategic thinker who excels in architecting scalable and innovative solutions that drive our company’s growth and success. Huynh’s rich understanding of the latest technology trends, coupled with his vision and problem-solving acumen, ensures our technology stack is always ahead of the curve, allowing us to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
